The All American 921 Pressure Canner offers a safe and effective method of home canning and cooking. This 21 quart pressure canner allows you to uphold U.S.D.A. guidelines for canning fish, meat, vegetables, and fruit. The All American 921 also has the capacity to pressure cook large quantities of meat to juicy tenderness in a short time. This professional quality, dual use appliance features a “Metal-to-Metal” sealing system that ensures a steam tight seal when in use. Because no gasket is involved, the cover is always easily opened and closed.
The All American 921 Pressure Canner – 21 Quart includes two cooking/canning racks and an instructional guide that includes tips and recipes.

This pressure canner and cooker uses professional quality, extra heavy duty cast aluminum for fast & even heating.
The All American 921 is all about accessibility and user-friendliness. This pressure cooker and canner includes a pressure regulator weight with settings of 5, 10 and 15 psi. You’ll also find a stay-cool bakelite top handle, geared steam gauge, as well as a safety control valve & overpressure plug to provide an extra margin of safety.
The 921 Pressure Canner also features a smooth, easy to clean satin finish, allowing for simple cleanup.
Jar capacities are based on round regular mouth standard Mason jar sizes.
