The 15 lb. Mighty Bite Vertical Sausage Stuffer has a stainless steel base and cylinder that ensures long-term quality and endurance. For additional protection, the 15 lb. Sausage Stuffer now includes a protective gearbox cover, an innovation that takes safety and durability to the next level by ensuring your gears and your food are well protected. Clamp the stuffer base to a table or countertop and crank out perfect sausage every time. Comes with (1/2 in, 11/16 in, 1 in ID) 11/16 in, 7/8 in and 1-1/4 in OD plastic stuffing tubes. The cylinder removes easily for filling and cleaning, and the air release valve removes air from the top of the unit instead of pushing into the casing.
Please Note: Due to the construction of this stuffer, it is not designed to press sausage out a small enough tube to make snack sticks without putting too much stress on the gears. If you are wanting to make snack sticks, we highly suggest that you order the 5lb Mighty Bite Sausage (SKU #1606). This stuffer does not have an optional stuffing tube that is small enough to make snack sticks.
