Ohio Stoneware Preserving Crock Weights

This weight set consists of two semi-circular stones designed to fit Ohio Stoneware’s Preserving Crocks. The weights are unglazed and used for food preservation. The stones rest on top of food inside of the crock to keep food in the brine for proper fermentation. 

When purchasing our crocks, covers, and weights, please keep in mind that we carry six sizes of Ohio Stoneware preserving crocks, weights, and covers. Lid size and weight size should match the crock size, (I.e., 1 gallon lid pairs with the 1 gallon crock, and the 1 gallon weight set pairs with the 1 gallon crock). Available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10 gallon sizes. 

Fired at a high temperature for durability! They are Lead-Free and Food-Safe. Ready to use. Easy to clean. Will not retain the food’s flavours. Microwave safe. Oven safe. Dishwasher safe. High Quality!
