Eligibility:

• Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

• Backpacking meals and food items (e.g., Alpineaire, Augason Farms products)

• Any opened or used emergency supplies
• Products received without original packaging

Return Process:
